KeyCity Capital Recognized by Dallas Business Journal as a 2021 Best Places to Work Awards Honoree

KeyCity Capital voted as one of the best small companies to work for in North Texas

Dallas Business Journal (DBJ) recognized KeyCity Capital as an honoree for their 19th annual Best Places to Work Awards. Out of the 380 nominees, DBJ selected 100 winners across five categories based on employee count.

The results were based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Quantum Workplace. The survey measured employee engagement and other workplace factors across six categories – Communication and Resources, Manager Effectiveness, Team Dynamics, Individual Needs, Personal Engagement, and Trust in Leadership.

“This recognition comes as no surprise to me. Not because of what my partners or I have done, but because of the talent that surrounds us. My partner, Leigh Archer, has said, ‘We are building a world-class team with world-class talent.’ Yes, we are. A company is successful on its ‘Why,’ ‘What,’ and ‘How.’ And that has never been more prevalent than it is at KeyCity Capital,” said Tie Lasater, CEO of KeyCity Capital. “We are guided by our values (our Why), driven by our purpose (our What), and obsessed with our mission (our How). That equation attracts motivated, intelligent, and talented players. It is then simply my job to lead them.”

The winning companies will be honored at an event on October 21, 2021, at the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy Hotel.
